Summary: a deer found itself inside alions den at the National Zoo, where it was chased by two female lions. It narrowly escaped into the moat of the exhibit, where zoo officials sedated it and took it to the animal hospital. The lion's caused to much damaged for it's life to be saved. The event was all caught on film.
Cristique: I think the writer should have put some quotes from the witnesses, seeing as to it was caught on film and numerous people watched it occur. other than that, i thought that it was a good notation of a neat news event.
